Luckily for us, if you have 4 or more diners, you are able to have the crab AND Wagyu beef hotpot, which of course, being a greedy family, we did.And OH MY. Was the beef good. The very marbly, thinly sliced meat, warmed and quickly cooked in the mild broth hardly needed chewing.
The crab was less good than usual but the beef...the beef....my usually less carnivorous Mom barely stopped to chat, too busy she was trying to fight my Dad for the beef.

Dear Jess, I am so excited for you that you're leaving - although I'll miss you! Take care, eat well (no worries about that, I think!) and have loads of fun. And did you read Robyn's blog - she'll be in Paris over the summer!
